Last week we hosted our third quarterly blood drive where we collected 19 units of blood for the National Blood Transfusion Services.

Our Deputy General Manager, Rabin Chandarpal, led these donation efforts.

Earlier this year, GYSBI received an award from the Ministry of Health in recognition of the role we play by hosting regular blood drives to ensure the National Blood Bank has frequent and adequate blood for medical emergencies. Our previous blood drives held in February and June of this year yielded 21 units and 34 units of blood, respectively.
