In doing our part, we have established our ‘Guyanese First’ approach, which demonstrates our commitment to identifying, promoting and maximising the skillsets and capacity of Guyanese nationals throughout all facets of our operations.
Further, we are dedicated to the development and promotion of Guyanese through formal tiered training programmes, including safety skills and career progression via our Internal Competency Programme.
